This workshop teaches you all about Sweat Lodges, from construction and ceremony to participation. Learn how to honour Mother Earth as 
construction takes place, how to energetically cleanse yourself and everything you use. Discover the appropriate protocols to be a Fire Keeper, Door Keeper and Sweat Lodge leader. Once the knowledge has been given you will have the opportunity to practice over the year at all the Sweats that The Sacred Sweat Lodge offers.
